A Booking Fee is Required to secure your appointment which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
more than 15min late you may NOT be taken and will lose your booking fee.
more than 24 hours notice of cancellation/rearranging the appointment the booking fee can be transferred to another appointment or refunded to card it was paid with.
Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in loss of booking fee that will not be transferred or refunded to another appointment and a new booking fee is required for a new appointment.
No Shows will result in a 100% payment of your appointment price, and no futher bookings will be made until this has been paid. (depending on circumstances and salon discretion)
we respectfully request that you attend your appointment alone, this means no children, family members or friends to attend your appointment with you, unless they themselves, also have an appointment booked either before or after your appointment.
All gift vouchers are non refundable and have to be used within the time limit.
Loyalty cards and discounted treatments, can not be used in conjunction with any other offer, they are non refundable and non transferable.
All treatments are aged 16+ without parental consent.
Gel polish age 12 with written parental consent and parent/guardian must be present during treatment.
Artificial nail Enhancements are a minimum age of 15 with written parental consent and parent/guardian must be present during treatment.
